Deputy Director, Business and Community Services
Kay Ford leads the SELACO Employment Training Panel (ETP) initiative and works with a very talented staff delivering game-changing corporate training to California-based businesses. Kay holds an MBA from Redlands University and has been a leader in corporate initiatives for over 30 years.
Jeremiah Flores
ETP PROGRAM ANALYST
Jeremiah brings a multitude of talents to the SELACO ETP team. He is the main coordinator for the ETP upskills training tracking system and assures SELACO is effectively utilizing our resources to best support our ETP business customers. He also promotes SELACO’s services for California based companies via no-cost or reimbursed ETP training. Jeremiah’s primary duty to is conduct the financial analysis of the ETP training conducted with each of our ETP California-based companies, so they can best utilize their training funds. He assists these companies in staying competitive within their industry, through assuring the funds are available to offset training costs and enhance their workforce’s skill set.
Lillian Lucero

Lillian is a Business Engagement Specialist at SELACO with a diverse background. Having her B.S. In Environmental Science and minor in Business Administration from CSU East Bay she is excited to apply her knowledge to assist all clients as needed.
